Payment Options

  • EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) / direct bank deposit
  • SnapScan

For your security, we don't take any credit card numbers over the phone or by email. And as Payfast is a third party payment service, we are never privy to any of your credit card or banking details.

Proof Of Payment

    If you are paying by credit card, there is no need to send us proof of payment - it happens automatically. SnapScan payments are also sent to us automatically but can take a little longer to clear. If you are paying by EFT (direct deposit from your bank to us, not Instant EFT as done through Payfast), please email your proof of payment to hello@wickedwendys.co.za. If we do not receive your POP we will wait until your payment reflects on our bank statement. (This may take up to 3 days, depending on your bank.)

    Can I Pay COD?

    We outsource delivery to third party couriers, so they cannot accept payment. All orders need to be paid for before they are dispatched, so Cash On Delivery is not possible. We do have a YOCO unit to process orders when we attend shows and events. Thats pretty cool.
